While in Poros, Greece for a month-long artist residency just prior to Covid, I traveled to a small island surrounded by water with many small fishing boats in the harbor. I was fascinated by the clear blue water, sky and reflections, and was inspired to paint this scene on site in the “plein air” tradition.
